Company during a trial period that will enable any modifications to be implemented into the programming as necessary.
When the initial Portal Product is complete with the required elements & features necessary to provide the Opinions data and processing procedures required, the remaining 50 Portals will be added to the initial Portal.
The expense of developing the Initial Portal has been quoted in the neighborhood of less than $200,000.
The expense of developing the remaining 50 Portal Divisions has been quoted in the neighborhood of less than $675,000. The total expense of developing all 51 Portals is $ 875,000. The annual maintenance and security of the Portal System will cost just less than $1 Million.
The Initial task for the Organization is to attain funding for the 1 Portal to be developed at a $200,000 cost.
The Second task will be to attain funding for the remaining 50 Portal Divisions at a $675,000 cost.
The Third task will be to make the Portal known to the entire population of American Citizens Nation-wide. This is where most of the funding for the Organization will be utilized.
This funding must come from the American Citizens in order for the Portal to be developed. The Portal is property of the American Citizens, and will be maintained annually through the $2 Portal Fee provided by each Registered Citizen to the Portal Organization each year.
The $2 Registration Fee each year will provide funds necessary for the operations of the private non-profit Organization of WeThePeople, and the 51 Portals are assets of the Organization. The Organization is funded and owned by the American Citizens, and operated by private Citizens.
